I have gained significant training and experience in the UK and Australia in strengths-based coaching, motivational interviewing and Intentional Peer Support. Being a Wellbeing Coach with Lived Experience, simply means that I share an understanding of how hard it can be to make changes when you’re not feeling at your best. My strengths are listening, truly listening and finding creative ways to explore and explain concepts. We will focus on your strengths and values, enabling you to make meaningful and sustainable changes.
